桃儿红，杏儿黄，五月初五是端阳，粽子香，包五粮，剥个粽子裹上糖，幸福生活万年长!”伴随着童真的歌谣，一年一度的传统佳节——端午节近在眼前。为了让孩子们感受浓浓的节日文化，了解传统节日，传承弘扬中华传统文化，增强文化自信，6月20日下午，涪外小学部五年的孩子们一起开展了以“粽叶飘香，喜迎端午”为主题的端午包粽子体验活动。

译：“The peach is red. The apricot is yellow. And here comes the fifth day of the fifth month—Duanyang (the Dragon Boat Festival). Every household packs zongzi （rice dumplings), which makes the air smell sweet. Peel a zongzi and wrap it in sugar, and live a happy life for ten thousand years!” With the nursery rhymes of innocence, the annual traditional festival, the Dragon Boat Festival, is just around the corner. In order to let children feel the strong festival culture, understand traditional festivals, inherit and carry forward traditional Chinese culture, and enhance cultural self-confidence, on the afternoon of June 20, the primary students of the fifth grade carried out a Dragon Boat Festival rice dumplings experience activity with the theme of "Zongzi leaves are fragrant, and welcome the Dragon Boat Festival".

同学们在食堂阿姨和老师的指导下，纷纷拿起粽叶，兴奋又认真地学习起了如何包粽子。折粽叶、填糯米、裹叶子、扎线一道道工序有条不紊，忙得不亦乐乎，大家你争我赶，不甘落后。不一会儿，一个个饱满漂亮的三角粽子、四角粽子就包好了，老师在包粽子的过程中还给孩子们讲解有关端午节的知识。看着自己的作品，孩子们乐开了花，脸上露出了幸福的笑容。大家纷纷表示，参加这次包粽子比赛特别开心，不仅学会了如何包粽子，更真切地感受到了端午节的文化内涵与浓浓的节日气氛。

译：Under the guidance of the aunts in our school canteen and the teachers, the students picked up the zongzi leaves one after another, and learned how to make zongzi excitedly and seriously. The process of folding zongzi leaves, filling glutinous rice, wrapping leaves, and tying the thread were in an orderly manner, and everyone was busy and not willing to fall behind. In a short time, the full and beautiful triangular zongzi and four-corned zongzi were wrapped. In the process of making zongzi, the teachers also explained the children about the Dragon Boat Festival. Looking at their own works, the children were happy and smiled happily. Everyone said that they were very happy to participate in this Zongzi competition. They not only learned how to make Zongzi, but also truly felt the cultural connotation and strong festive atmosphere of the Dragon Boat Festival.

第二天的早饭时光，在往日的饭菜旁，多了一份粽子。孩子们吃在嘴里，乐在心里。粽子吃在嘴里，有家的味道，有爱的味道，更有涪外大家庭的幸福味道！

译：At breakfast of the next day, there was an extra zongzi next to the previous meal. The children ate happily.  Zongzi was eaten in the mouth, with the taste of home, love, and the happiness of our beloved school.
