少先队是中国共产党的儿童组织，更是建设社会主义和共产党的预备队。为了加强少先队建设，确保少先队礼仪礼节的规范性，培养和增强中队辅导员职责的责任感和荣誉感，提高少先队组织凝聚力，涪陵外国语学校 开展了“学习少先队知识，规范少先队礼仪”主题中队辅导员培训活动。

大队辅导员王琪叡老师详细讲解了少先队的基本礼仪与标识。少先队礼仪和红领巾是少先队员的标志。它代表红旗的一角，是革命先烈的鲜血染成。
