      基于"教育是战略，也是民生"的认识，新纪元人一直探索把中国东部先进办学经验嫁接到中国西部，以求实现中国东西部教育的共同发展；积极参与中国西部教育帮扶，探索从"输血"到"造血"的扶贫道路，以求促进中国西部教育的可持续发展。
