庆祝中国共产党成立100周年，大力宣传党的光辉岁月和丰功伟绩，深情回顾党的奋斗历史，继承和发扬党的理想信念，激发同学们爱党、爱国的情怀。2021年12月12日晚，重庆市涪陵外国语学校四年级全体师生齐聚报告厅，举办了一场“童心向党恩，永远跟党走“的诗歌朗诵比赛。

译：To celebrate the hundredth birthday of Communist Party of China and commemorate the struggling history, and then inspire the love for the Party and country, the students of grade four had a poetry recitation competition named Appreciate the Party, and Follow the Party on the night of Dec 12th, 2021.

活动中，孩子们紧扣主题，用真挚的情感、饱满的热情，演绎了《红船颂》、《党的旗帜指引着我们》、《我骄傲，我是中国人》、《读中国》、《祖国啊，我亲爱的祖国》、《中华颂》等诗歌作品，用积极向上、朝气蓬勃的精神面貌礼赞党和祖国，传承华夏文明。

译：In the copetition, all the contestants declaimed the poems emotionally and passionately, bringing us many excellent poems, such as The Ode of Red Ship、 I’m proud, I’m Chinese、My motherland, my dear motherland. They praised the Party and the country respectfully with their enthusiasm, inheriting Chinese civilization.

天地苍苍，乾坤茫茫，中华少年，顶天立地当自强；生长在新中国，成长在红旗下，孩子们虽然没有经历过血雨腥风的洗礼，但却用最独特的方式展现着自己浓浓的爱国情怀。

译：The Chinese youth should learn to be self-improvement and independent. The youth grow in New China, they didn’t experience the suffering life, but they expressed their patriotism with the unique ways.

一阵阵铿锵有力的朗诵声回荡在活动现场，孩子们感受着党阳光般的温暖，体会着中国共产党人的精神和信念，决心做红色基因的传承者、实践者，让党的事业薪火相传，血脉永续。

译：The sound of poems echoed in our hearts. The children enjoyed the warmth from the Party, and learned their spirits and beliefs. They determined to become the inheritors of the Communist Party, and let the cause of the Party be passed on from generation to generation.

此次活动，还推选出9名优秀学生代表，与老师一起作为评委，对本次比赛进行公平公正的评分，分别评出一、二、三等奖。

译：In this competition, the judges included five teachers and nine student representatives. After the competition, the first, second and third prizes were awarded.
